The Redmond Police Community Policing Advisory Board is a volunteer group
of community members who assist with creating and improving problem solving
strategies for the diverse problems and issues brought to the attention of the
Redmond Police Department.
The Community Policing Advisory Board cover several
topics, including: Homeland Security, terrorism, aggressive driving, car prowl,
auto theft, volunteers, narcotics enforcement, Redmond youth issues, school
resource officers, traffic calming, special event planning, emergency response,
and major case overview. Other areas of interest to the Advisory Board include:
senior citizen outreach, organized crime, neighborhood watch program enhancement, and legal
updates presented by the City of Redmond Prosecutor's Office.
Members must reside or work in Redmond and are selected through an application
process that consists of an application form, criminal history check, and
interview. The following citizens comprise the Advisory Board and help the
Redmond Police fulfill the "in Partnership" portion of the Redmond Police
Department's Mission Statement "To Provide Quality Policing In Partnership With
The Community:"

Sean has worked in Redmond since 2005 and is a 1992 graduate of Redmond
High School. He enjoys golf, basketball, and spending time with his
wife, Erinn. They have two children, Brooke and Drew |

An avid reader, she also enjoys bridge and opera. She enjoys spending

Tim has worked for the City of Redmond since 2004. He is one
of the department representatives to the Board. He is active
with the Law Enforcement Torch Run and supporting the
Special Olympics. |

Braydon has lived in Redmond for eight years and has continued his Lake
Washington School District education since elementary school. He enjoys
riding his BMX bicycle at the Edge Skate Park (downtown) and Hartman
Park. He is an avid BMX bicycle racer.

Redmond for 45 years. He has a tax accounting business in the City and
both his children graduated from Redmond High School. |

1984. Her spare time is dedicated to her four grandchildren and home

Currently responsible for the Patrol Division, she is also
one of the department representatives to the Board. Shari
currently oversees uniformed operations, commanding six
Lieutenants and over 50 Police Officers. She is active in
raising money for the Susan Komen for the Cure foundation
and participates in the 3-Day (60 miles) Walk. |

A native of Mexico City, Sandy has worked in
Redmond for 9 years. She loves spending time with her
husband Mike and their two German Shorthair Pointers Maya
and Kaiser.
