The City of Redmond now provides our customers the convenience of online permit application. If you are already a registered user of the site you can go directly to the login page. If you are new to Redmond permits online, please take a moment to review what permits are available online, our registration process and payment policies at the answers page. You may also want to review the determination page if you are unsure if you need a permit or not. Then proceed to our registration page to become a registered user. Online permits are not issued the same day of application. (See registration agreement)

To make applications for permits that do not qualify as an Online Permit, please visit our Development Services Center, City Hall, 15670 NE 85th Street, Redmond, second floor.
