Ultimate Body Plan
A dynamic, time-efficient rotation of different workout routines: aerobics/cardio with a high-energy mix of simple dance choreography and complementary athletic power moves.  Lose weight and inches while increasing stamina and strengthening your heart.  Provides muscle toning which consists of weight training, and toning segments without the use of weights.  Focuses on lower body, upper body, and abs. Improve everyday strength, boost metabolism, and firm up your body.  Stretch exercises designed to increase flexibility, lengthen your muscles, improve circulation, relax, and rejuvenate.  The Ultimate Body Plan is an energetic workout.  This is an effective and fun way to maximize your ability to burn calories while sculpting and reshaping your body!  First class is free!  Meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 6:45-7:45pm.  Register for the complete session or purchase a 10-visit pass for $50.
