The Adair House is a log cabin situated in downtown Redmond at 7802 168 Ave NE. The space is approximately 800 sq. ft. and outfitted with a refrigerator, sink with hot/cold running water, Jenn-Air range with grill and burners, both a men's and women's bathroom, and 6 tables with 40 chairs.

The Fullard House log cabin is smaller than the Adair House and does not have a kitchen or hot running water. It has a single restroom and is only recommended for small groups of 20 or less. Reservations for these facilities or a picnic shelter must be made in person at the Community Center.
