New fees effective March 1.
Nestled along the Sammamish River Trail at 8703 160th Ave NE, the RSC is
a perfect setting for your wedding, special event, or gathering. The
facility has a large social hall that includes two sunlit rooms that
will accommodate up to 200 people. Amenities include a commercial
kitchen, a large foyer, and a covered patio. The main hall features
hardwood floors with a curtained stage area and a dressing room. In
addition, there are three (3) classrooms that are available for your next
business meeting, party, homeowners meeting, etc. These classrooms
accommodate groups of 25-30 people. All areas are available for rent
evenings and weekends, as well as daytime hours, Monday through Friday
on a limited basis. Facility is available for viewing Monday through
Friday, 8:30am until 4:30pm. Click here for an

When serving alcohol, there is a non-refundable alcohol impact fee,
and liability insurance is required.
Eastbound on SR-520 take West Lake Sammamish Parkway exit. Turn left (north)
at light. Follow West Lake Sammamish Parkway to NE 85 Street Turn right
(east). Follow NE 85 St to 160 Ave NE. Turn left (north). Turn left at
second driveway which will lead to the Redmond Senior Center.
