The Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center (ORSCC) is
located in downtown Redmond at 16600 NE 80th Street. This historic brick
building was constructed in 1922 as a school for all grades. In 1999
the building was converted into a community center which hosts a variety of
recreation programs, room rentals, and leases. Renovations completed in 2008 now
provide additional amenities which include a commercial kitchen adjoining the auditorium and
an clay studio.

The Gymnasium has limited rental possibilities due to existing programs; maximum
capacity will vary based on rental type. For athletic-use only.
Reservations can be made in person at the Community Center: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am -
1pm, 16600 NE 80th St. (Corner of 80th & 166th Ave NE)A non-refundable $10 processing fee charged
per rental contract.
Rooms, dates and times cannot be "held". Full payment is due prior to contract approval.

Facility Application forms are also accepted by fax (425-556-2303) or by clicking the
"Submit" button, located on the last page of the application. The submit
button will prompt you to choose an email service to send the PDF application by. All applications sent by this method should be

Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center only
Package A:
$10 (Patch fee)
Auditorium Only
No additional damage deposit required.
Customer uses their own microphone or other equipment (CD, mp3 player, etc) to
plug into the auditorium speaker system.
Package B: $40 (Basic AV)
Auditorium Only
No additional damage deposit required.
Customer will receive one microphone to use with the auditorium speaker system.
Package C: $100 (Full AV package)
Auditorium and Rooms 104 and 105 only
An additional $200 refundable damage deposit is required.
Allows for use of the AV cabinet which includes: Cordless and hand-held microphones, LCD projector, speakers, DVD/CD,VCR, cassette player and cassette player)
