Public Records Request
To receive a copy of a public record, the appropriate form
for either a Police Records Request or a
Public Records Request
must be submitted to the City. Once your
request is received the City will respond within 5 business days, per
Washington State Public Disclosure law.
Effective July 1st, 2006, the section of RCW 42.17 known as the “Public
Records Act” has been recodified as
RCW
