SALARY:  $2,911 - $4,409 per month DOQ

Duties:
Under the direction of the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program Manager, this position performs a variety of professional administrative support duties. Duties include, but are not limited to: assembling and organizing data to track and evaluate commute trip reduction programs and other TDM data for analysis; assisting in the administration of the R-TRIP Commute Management System and monthly incentive/subsidy distribution; supporting R-TRIP implementation and employer grant implementation tracking; performing research and analysis for TDM programs; and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of: developing and maintaining administrative processes; business administration, marketing and/or transportation demand management techniques and strategies.
Skill in: customer relations, organizing materials for distribution; research and data analysis; preparing reports; and use of personal computer and related software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Ability to: establish effective working relationships with employees, the public, and representatives from other organizations; work in a team environment; work independently with little direction; have demonstrated ability to write and communicate effectively; exercise independent judgment when speaking and working with customers; prioritize, organize and schedule multiple work assignments.

Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Transportation, or related field and a minimum of one year related experience.

Licenses/Requirements: Valid Washington State driver's license required by date of hire and a driving record that meets the City’s driving standards. Fulfillment of bargaining unit membership within 30 days of hire.

Working Conditions: Work is primarily performed in an office environment; may be required to lift boxes or files weighing up to 30 pounds; and requires driving to meetings.
