IFC Section 7902.1.7.2.3 Flammable or Combustible Liquid Storage Tanks shall be removed from the ground.  The Redmond Fire Department requires the issuance of a International Fire Code Permit as stated in Redmond Fire Department Standards 10.00, Flammable or Combustible Liquid Storage Tank Removal or Abandonment.
