Use the Maintenance and Fire Code Inspection Request form to request inspections for the following types of issues:

• Property owner's wishing to have their property inspected for Fire Code Violations and International Fire Code Permits.
• Concerned Citizens inquiring about possible code violations at a commercial or multi-family property in the City of Redmond.
• Other Fire Code related issues that you have questions about.

Use the New Construction and Tenant Improvement Inspection Request form to request inspections for the permitted construction work in the City of Redmond.  If you would like to request an Overtime Inspection or Plan Review, please see our Overtime Request Instructions for faxing in the necessary information.
