You may also fax in your request by faxing a printable Inspection Request Fax Form to 425-556-2272 or you may call the inspection request line at 425-556-2435. Inspections will be scheduled in the order that they are received, regardless of the method used.

If all of your information is correct, an Inspector will call you back, as soon as they can, to schedule and confirm an inspection time and date with you.
