Redmond Ridge Commercial Rates
Commercial customers in the Redmond Ridge neighborhood are billed on a monthly basis and are charged a fixed monthly fee for water, irrigation and wastewater, plus an additional commodity charge based on the amount of water and wastewater usage (see charts below).

Wastewater (Sewer) Rates 
Redmond Collection Rate
The fixed monthly charge is $22.77 per meter which includes the first 750 cubic feet of chargeable wastewater, plus a commodity charge of $1.96 per 100 cubic feet of chargeable wastewater is assessed after the first 750 cubic feet.

King County Treatment Rate
The fixed monthly charge is $27.95 per meter which includes the first 750 cubic feet of chargeable wastewater, plus a commodity charge of $3.727 per 100 cubic feet of chargeable wastewater is assessed after the first 750 cubic feet.
