An invitation to
bid process is used to solicit bid proposals for Redmond's Public
Works' construction projects. Plans, specifications and contract
documents for projects currently out for bid are available for review
and purchase from the Construction Engineering/Inspection Office, first
floor of Redmond City Hall, 15670 NE 85th Street, Redmond, Washington,
425-556-2711. (For

Additionally, the City will often post Request for Proposals (RFP) offerings on this site for your review and participation. To view the

The City of Redmond is in the process of adopting a shared roster.
Therefore, the current 2008-2009 SOQ Roster will remain in effect until
that time. If you would like to add your business to this roster,
please submit the requested documentation as indicated below. Please contact Kristin Nilsen in Public Works
Administration at 425-556-2710 if you have further questions.
The City of Redmond's Public Works Department accepts statements of qualifications
(SOQ) from firms desiring to perform architectural, engineering, surveying,
and technical consulting services for various City projects.
The statement of qualifications
internet notice
includes the category list, directions for submitting completed SOQs,
and a list of several other items that must be included with the
submittal. One such item is a completed
GSA Standard Form 330
(Part 2) (instructions
are available for assistance in completing this new form).
