Supplier Bid System

The City of Redmond offers multiple avenues for suppliers to participate in selected bid processes. Suppliers are encouraged to participate in any and all methods that best suit their needs. From time to time the City will post an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and/or Request for Proposals (RFP) on this site for your review and participation. To view the current listing of requests for proposals, please click on the provided link. When the city elects to post a bid to this webpage, it is the responsibility of each potential bidder to check the city’s webpage on a regular basis for amendments, addendums or questions relating to a specific/active request.

Additionally, the City of Redmond is part of the "Demand Star" network*, a leading governmental purchasing service network on the Internet. This system brings together an extensive database of governmental agencies and suppliers, and enables Redmond to provide instant and automatic city bid notification to current and potential suppliers using the web or fax-on-demand technologies. You can register to receive automatic notification of city bids or view a current listing of existing bids within this system.  Demand Star reserves the right to charge a fee for this service.

*Please note:  the "Demand Star" system does not include bidding information on the City's Public Works construction projects at this time.
