Supplier Registration Form
If you have products or services that the City may be interested in purchasing, you may wish to register your company with the Purchasing Division using the City Supplier Registration Form. To complete this form you will need to include NIGP codes for your line of business.  If you would like to also register with the State of Washington you can do so at  www.ga.wa.gov/webs.

This information is being solicited for informational purposes only and does not obligate the City of Redmond to do business with suppliers completing the form. Suppliers must remain vigilant in checking the City’s webpage and/or opting to register with the online service provider for announcements. At this time, forms cannot be completed online rather they can be printed out and faxed to the number listed on the form. Completed forms are kept on file for up to six years. It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure registrations are kept up-to-date.
