The Finance & Information Services Department is responsible for budget development, purchasing, payroll, accounts payable, fixed asset/inventory control, general accounting, utility billing, risk management, information services and business licenses. In addition, the City Clerk's Office maintains records of City Council meetings and all adopted ordinances, resolutions and contracts, and the Hearing Examiner's Office hears and rules on matters relating to the City's ordinances and Community Development Guide.
