Management Program Plan The City's SWMP is intended to 1) reduce the
discharge of pollutants from the City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer
System (MS4) to the maximum extent practicable (MEP), 2) meet Washington
State's All Known and Reasonable Treatment (AKART) requirements, and 3)
protect water quality.

of Redmond's Traffic Operations Division, is a local agency revision of the
Washington State Work Zone Traffic Control Guidelines M54-44 Manual.
