Comprehensive Plan This is the City's long-range planning guide, containing goals and policies to manage future growth. Code publishing hosts this site, and electronic copies are available in either HTML or PDF. Hard copies of this document for viewing are available at the Permit Center in City Hall and at the Redmond Regional Library.  Information on updates currently under consideration is also available. 

Community Development Guide  This contains the City's Zoning Code and Land Use Regulations. Code Publishing hosts this site. Hard copies of this document are also available at the Permit Center in City Hall and at the Redmond Regional Library.

Updates to Land Use Documents These are ordinances to be added to the Redmond Community Development Guide or Comprehensive Plan update for 2006.

Bicycle Facilities Design Manual The guidelines in this document are intended as a resource for designers as the City strives to meet its goal of routinely accommodating cyclists in transportation improvement projects.

Guidelines for Landscaping with Composted-Amended Soil This pdf formatted document provides direction for the incorporation of compost as a soil amendment prior to vegetation establishment.

Standard Specifications and Details This document provides construction standards for all phases of construction work for, but not be limited to public and private streets, driveways, parking lots, commercial and industrial developments, residential construction, within the City of Redmond limits and any City of Redmond franchised utility. This links to an index page of pdf documents.

Stormwater Management Program Plan The City's SWMP is intended to 1) reduce the discharge of pollutants from the City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) to the maximum extent practicable (MEP), 2) meet Washington State's All Known and Reasonable Treatment (AKART) requirements, and 3) protect water quality.

Stormwater Technical Notebook  The notebook describes the requirements related to permitting and construction for clearing, grading, and stormwater management for new development and redevelopment projects. This links to an index page of pdf documents.  

Transportation Master Plan The Transportation Master Plan guides the City of Redmond's transportation programs and projects five years at a time. This version was created November 2005.

Vertical Benchmark Information This map and data sheets show the locations of the new vertical control benchmarks for the City of Redmond, which have recently been updated to the NAVD 88' datum.

Work Zone Traffic Control Manual This document, produced by the City of Redmond's Traffic Operations Division, is a local agency revision of the Washington State Work Zone Traffic Control Guidelines M54-44 Manual.  It is intended for use by contractors and maintenance workers working within the City of Redmond right-of-way.  To conserve space, some sections of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) guidelines have been omitted from this document.  The entire document may be viewed by clicking on the link to the WSDOT's website.  A list of Typical Traffic Control Details and Typical Traffic Control Plans can be found by clicking on the links.
