Please use this form to add new family members to an existing account, or to modify account information by taking the following steps.
1. For our reference, be sure to include the name we have for you as the first entry under "Last Name" & "First Name", and also your home phone number. (If you need to change your name or phone number, please call 425-556-2300 during business hours for assistance.)
2. Then fill in any other additions or changes, and select the submit button. Parks & Recreation staff will process these changes during business hours, and you will receive confirmation via email within 24-48 hours. Thank you for your patience. For another option or more information.

Add adults first. For "Date of Birth" enter "adult" for age, but please use full date of birth for children.
