This manual establishes uniform procedures for the design preparation
of traffic signal plans and installation in the City of Redmond. It is
not intended as a textbook or as a substitute for solid working
knowledge, experience, and judgment of the principles of traffic signal
design, but rather as a guideline to uniformity and to provide the
designer with sufficient information to prepare the desired plans with a
minimum of uncertainty. If you have questions, please
