Neighborhood Traffic Calming

Getting Started
The Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program (NTCP) addresses traffic safety concerns, such as excessive vehicle speeds and excessive non-local traffic.  Once you have reviewed the program description found under General Information, Phase 1, and Phase 2, you can fill out the NTCP Citizen Action Request Form if you have a location you would like reviewed by City staff.  Please include as much detail as possible.  You will be contacted following completion of the review.
