This manual establishes uniform procedures for the preparation of design plans to install illumination systems within the City of Redmond. It is not intended as a textbook or as a substitute for solid working knowledge, experience, and judgment of the principles of illumination design, but rather as a guideline to provide the design engineer with sufficient information to prepare the plans for City review and approval.
