Redmond Way/NE 76 Street Intersection Improvements
Project Cost: $400,000
Business tax revenue contribution: $400,000
Project Manager: Jeanne Justice (jjustice@redmond.gov)
Status: Construction is complete.
Project Description: This project involves minor widening to the
intersection to add a dedicated right turn lane on southbound NE 76 Street to
westbound Redmond Way. Also included will be pavement repairs and an overlay of
NE 76 Street north of Redmond Way. The Washington State Department of
Transportation (WSDOT) project to improve the SR 520 flyover ramp is anticipated
to start shortly after this project is complete. Improvements to the flyover
ramp will add a pedestrian/bicycle path, separate from the roadway, that will
follow the flyover alignment, as well as a bioswale that will receive runoff
