The redesign of NE 83rd Street improves the intersections at 160th and at 161st Avenue NE.  The other portion of the project examines the entire corridor between 158th and 167th Avenue NE.

In addition, King County Metro and Sound Transit are working with the City to create a new transit center along NE 83rd Street between 161st and 164th Avenue NE.
