JOIN US FOR COMMUNITY DAY

  • Community Day offers free access to the Flex Fit Drop-in Studio.  Come as you are, and enjoy access to state-of-the-art cardio equipment with personal viewing TVs, indoor cycling bikes, free weights and more.  Day of registration is required.

Sunday | 8:00am-1:00pm

The Drop-In Fitness Studio includes new cardio and strength equipment suitable for all levels of fitness. Join our community by working out early in the morning or on your way home from work and utilize the fantastic new equipment!
