Group Health Master Plan

GHC MapGroup Health Cooperative has completed a Master Plan for its 28-acre site north of NE 24th Street between 152nd Avenue NE and 156th Avenue NE. The Master Plan envisions a phased redevelopment of the property that would ultimately result in about 1,400 residences, 1.2 million square feet of office and retail uses, and a hotel and conference center.

King County Metro provides transit service, including RapidRide B Line, to the site today and Sound Transit’s East Link light rail service, including a station at Overlake Village, is scheduled to start in 2023.
