The City of Redmond has approved a master plan and development agreement for the redevelopment of the KCC Limited Edition site. The master plan calls for about 885 homes, 173,000 square feet of office, 28,000 square feet of retail, an 80-room hotel with optional conference center, and associated street and utility infrastructure.

Public benefits exceeding code requirements that will be provided as part of the development agreement include:

  • A new east-west street connection through the site
  • Public art
  • A mid-block north-south pedestrian connection between NE 20th St and (future) NE Alhazen St
  • Planned housing in excess of minimum requirements
