Background Information

Redmond's development regulations underwent a comprehensive rewrite in 2010, resulting in the adoption of the Redmond Zoning Code (RZC) on April 5, 2011.  The RZC became effective on April 16, 2011.  For projects vested under the old Redmond Community Development Guide, please visit Code Publishing's website to view the old RCDG.
