Housing. For the second straight year Redmond added about 100 homes to its total housing supply with hundreds more in the pipeline. The median size of a single-family home increased to 2,730 square feet, including attached and detached homes. The City executed agreements for 37 affordable homes through Redmond’s affordable housing regulations.
