Construction Project
Updates: This map shows the status of a number of Capitol
Improvement Projects (CIP) and private construction projects around
the City. This map is updated quarterly by input from Construction
Engineering and Planning. (Last updated January 2010, and over 5
megs in size)
Vertical Control Datum
This map shows the locations of the new vertical control benchmarks
for the City of Redmond, which have recently been updated to the
NAVD 88' datum.

Erosion Hazard Areas: This map
shows general locations of erosion hazard areas throughout Redmond,
based upon slopes and soils. It is maintained by the Planning
Department. (Last updated May 2005, and over 1 meg in size)
Fish and Wildlife Habitat
Conservation Areas: This map shows Fish and Wildlife Habitat
Conservation Areas throughout Redmond. It includes known Native
Growth Protection Easements, Open Space Easements, and Transfer of
Development Rights restricted lands. It is maintained by the
Planning Department. (Last updated May 2005, and over 1 meg in
size)
Frequently Flooded Areas: This
map shows the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) 100
year floodplain and floodway. It is maintained by the Planning
Department. (Last updated May 2005, and over 1 meg in size)
Historical Land Cover:
This map shows the approximate Land Cover across the City of Redmond
in 1850, prior to any significant development (Last updated November
2006, and over 1.3 meg in size)
Landslide Hazard Areas: This
map shows general locations of landslide hazard areas in Redmond.
These areas are potentially subject to significant or severe risks
of landslides due to a combination of factors. It is maintained by
the Planning Department. (Last updated May 2005, and over 1
meg in size)
Regional
Stormwater Facilities Map: This map shows Potential regional
facilities that are projects currently on the City of Redmond's Stormwater Capital Improvement Program's project list that have
available capacity for new development or redevelopment and provide
water quality or flow control. (Last updated November 2006, and over
1.7 meg in size)
Seismic Hazard Areas: This map
shows the general location of seismic hazard areas in Redmond. It is
maintained by the Planning Department. (Last updated May 2005, and
over 1 meg in size)
Stream Classification Map: This map shows class
designations for all streams within the City of Redmond. This map is
updated once a year and is maintained by the Planning Department.

Watershed Map: This map shows the watersheds as defined
by the Natural Resources division of Public Works. The map takes
into account natural topography and the storm drain network. This
map is updated as needed and is maintained by the Public Works
Department (NR). (Last updated 2005, and 5.6 megs in size)
Wetlands: This map shows the
general location of wetlands throughout the City. It is maintained
by the Planning Department. (Last updated May 2005, and over 1 meg
in size)
Wellhead Protection
Map: This map shows the final groundwater protection
zones. This map is updated as needed and is maintained by the Public
Works Department. (Last updated 2006, and 1,509 kbs in size)
Stormwater System Map: This map shows the public
stormwater system with features such as stormwater pipes and
chambers. This map is updated and maintained by the Public Works
Department. (Last updated 2/03, and 4.3 megs in size)
Zoning
Map: This map shows the City's Zoning. This map is
updated as needed and is maintained by the Planning Department.
