Details About the BP Process
There is one Request for Offer (RFO) for each of the BP Priorities.  They have been developed by the Results Teams through talking to experts in the fields and independent research.  The RFOs are the guide map to achieve the priorities.  With them, departments develop offers or proposals for programs and services that will best meet the requirements of the RFOs and by doing that, those programs and services will best achieve the Priorities.

Soon departments will develop proposals for what they can do to accomplish these priorities.

The Requests for Offers (RFOs) are available for viewing.
