Meeting One – Learn about the Budgeting by Priorities Process.

Meeting participants learned about the BP process through a presentation and a questions and answer period.  Mayor Marchione presented the draft priorities, asking participants to rate them and offer opinions as to their completeness. 

Participants then chose one of six workgroups based on the Priority Statements.  Facilitators led the participants through an exercise to develop a list of factors and sub-factors necessary for the priority's success.
