Budget

 

The budget is organized around priorities, not departments. The Council will have access to the Results Teams final rankings for their deliberations, and their job is to focus on what works to achieve priorities. The ultimate goal is a balanced budget which focuses on the "keeps", not the "cuts".

The final approved budget will be a composite of strategic decisions made by the City’s elected leaders that will best use the available resources to achieve the priorities of the citizens of Redmond.
