Budget

 

The budget is organized around Priorities, not departments. Council has access to the Results and Director Teams final rankings for their deliberations.  Their job is to focus on what works to achieve the Priorities. The ultimate goal is a balanced Budget focusing on the "keeps", not the "cuts".
