The 2008 Redmond Winter Performance Series emphasizes diversity and celebration. Three high-quality shows will entertain residents and visitors with an eclectic mix of performing art forms.

The Winter Performance Series runs January and February, in the Redmond Performance Center at Redmond High School, 17272 NE 104th Street. Note: Doors and box office open 60 minutes before the show. Tickets will also be available online through the Recreation Guide beginning in mid-November.

When the wolf is on the hunt for some succulent pork, the shakin' bacon starts a-makin' a sturdy, tooth-proof home for protection. This zany participational theater rendition will have audiences, small and tall, rooting for the little porkers as they scramble to save their skins. Storybook Theater is a production of Studio East. Recommended for ages 3-9.

Musicians and spoken word artists are invited to take the stage for the second Redmond Arts Jam. We'll combine an open mic for soloists followed by an open jam with a fabulous backup band featuring some of our finest local musicians.

 

All performances are suitable for all ages. Tickets available in advance through the Recreation Guide online. Doors and box office open 60 minutes before the show.
