159 PL between Redmond WY & Leary WY On April 25,
2008 at 11:45 pm Police responded to a one-car, non-injury
traffic collision. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a
utility pole, causing temporary power outages and road
closures on 159 PL between Redmond WY & Leary WY. The driver
was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of
Alcohol.
Power to most of the area was quickly restored. Some local
businesses and residents are without power. Periodic
closures of 159 PL (between Redmond WY & Leary WY) will
occur throughout the day as utility lines are repaired.
Please use alternate routes. Motorists are reminded to treat
flashing red or non-functioning traffic signals as a stop
sign in all directions. Crews hope to complete work by 3:00
pm on April 26, 2008.
