The City of Redmond Parks and Recreation Department
invite the community to participate in the first community
workshop for the East Redmond Corridor Master Plan on
Wednesday, April 9, from 6:30 to 8:30pm in the auditorium of
the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center, 16600 NE 80th
Street.
The East Redmond Corridor Master Plan will focus on the park
properties along the eastern edge of the City. These parks include
Juel, Farrel McWhirter, Conrad Olson, Perrigo, and Arthur Johnson,
as well as the Bear & Evans Creek Trail and Greenway.
“We welcome your ideas and suggestions to help shape our parks,”
stated Linda Frkuska, Parks Project Manager for the City. “This
collection of parks is a tremendous asset to Redmond and we want to
make sure we are shaping them for the people that will use and enjoy
them.”
For questions regarding the project, contact Linda Frkuska, Parks
Project Manager, 425-556-2313 or
