Redmond City Television (RCTV) is now archiving programming on the
City of Redmond’s website. City Council and
selected board and commission meetings, City concerts and events and
informational programming are now available anytime, any place with
just a few clicks of the mouse.
“Putting this programming up on our website not only helps more
people access the workings of City government, but it also saves
staff time and money in no longer needing to duplicate meetings or
programs for interested staff and residents,” says Patrick Hirsch,
Video Communications Manager. “As time goes on, additional
programming will be added so we can continue to provide a
comprehensive and convenient way for residents to receive
information about issues, services and events within Redmond.”
Archived meetings and programs should be available for viewing on
the website within 24 hours after taping.
Windows Media Player is required to view the programming, which
is available free on the Microsoft site. A link is provided on the
RCTV home page.
