The Transportation Master Plan Update
Please review the TMP project pages to learn about community perspective shared at the November 17 Transportation Master Plan meeting.
The Transportation Master Plan (TMP) sets a course for Redmond to follow in developing and managing its transportation system. It also sets a course for the City’s involvement with other cities and agencies in developing regional networks, including a High Capacity Transit system connecting centers in Redmond with centers throughout the Puget Sound region. The TMP describes programs, projects and actions to be taken by the City from now to the year 2022. The TMP also describes the ultimate multimodal transportation network that Redmond will achieve as the City approaches “build out” in the years after 2022. Redmond will update this TMP in 2009, reflecting the experience it has had with this Plan and its progress toward implementing these programs and projects. Last Year's Neighborhood Network in North Redmond
On April 7, 2011, North Redmond residents joined Redmond City officials and staff to discuss the neighborhood. Piloted in 2010 in the Grass Lawn and

Education Hill neighborhoods, the Neighborhood Network meeting is a new annual venue for Redmond's citizens to communicate with the City.
This is what community members shared through an online questionnaire.
Neighbors also shared their thoughts with staff and City officials in person during the Neighborhood Network and 2011 Citizen Academy series.
Here is a compilation of those thoughts as well as staff's suggestions.
We look forward to working with you again as we begin to review your ideas and suggestions.
