Description: The Puget Sound Energy Pedestrian Trail is not aligned on either side of Willows Road. Because of the misalignment, pedestrian and cyclists cross the road at a midblock location. The project will install a full traffic signal and realign the trail to be adjacent with the south driveway to Overlake Christian Church.
