The City of Redmond now provides customers the convenience of buying permits online, checking the status of an existing permit application, scheduling inspections, and viewing permit request results and history.

Good News!
The City of Redmond has reduced fees for gas to gas water heater replacement permits. The new fee of $94.04, plus 3% Technology Surcharge (total fee amount of $96.86) will become effective on permits processed after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2008.

Important:
In order to receive the new reduced fee, you will need to process your online gas to gas water heater replacement permit after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2008.
