The Old Fire House is the longest-running all-ages music venue in the greater Seattle area. We host a variety of events every Friday! We have talent shows, theater productions, benefit galas, dance nights, up and coming band concerts, and more! From Rock to Hip-Hop, this is the place to be on Friday nights!

Acoustic, Spoken Word, Monologs, and Comedy will go on first, bands to follow. Bands must bring their own gear and be loaded in by 6:30. *Only two microphones will be available.

OPEN MIC:
Taking place on the last Saturday of every month, Open Mic is a monthly event that is open to all musicians, poets, spoken word performers, and actors, nineteen and younger. Acoustic acts, spoken word, monologue actors, and other talents are required to be present and signed up and ready to perform at 7:00 PM There is limited space for full bands to play at the end of the evening between 9:00 and 9:40 PM. Full bands are required to sign up and load in by 6:30. Everyone signed up will be eligible to perform between one and three pieces. It is important to note that we will only be set up with two microphones, so artists are encouraged to make necessary adjustments. At the end of every Open Mic, the audience will vote for the top performance of the night. The winner with the most votes will get a spot at the Best of Open Mic showcase on a Friday to be announced the night of Open Mic. It is never a bad idea, especially with limited room for full bands, to guarantee a performance slot by contacting
Casey Catherwood before the night of Open Mic.
TALENT SHOWS:
Four times a year, The Old Fire House welcomes any and all talents to its stage! From juggling to tap dancing, these nights are not only a great opportunity for young people to get a chance to perform their talents in front of a captive and supportive audience of family and friends, but a great way to get involved at the teen center. Teenagers interested in performing are encouraged to contact
Casey Catherwood with their full name, a brief description of their talent, and any other general information that is relevant. Performers who do well at Talent Show will be considered for future events at The Old Fire House.
