The City of Redmond provides access to GIS map information via the Internet through its interactive mapping tools. You can view a variety of geographic and related tabular information for various locations throughout the City.
The City of Redmond’s Interactive maps requires Microsoft Silverlight which can be
downloaded from their website, where a list of their supported browsers can also be found (select the "System Requirements" tab).
Property Viewer
The Property Viewer provides users easy access to information about land parcels within the City of Redmond. Through this application, residents can search for a parcel using the address, the King County parcel identification number (PIN), or the owner name. Once the parcel is selected, a report is generated reporting information about the selected parcel including owner name, current land use, neighborhood designation, and zoning.
Traffic Cameras
Commuters can check road conditions before you drive. Select from 40 traffic cameras within the City of Redmond and view live images.
Crime Map
The crime map provides users information concerning police calls in their community. The Crime Data included in these maps covers a 90 day time frame and is updated every 24 hours. Only certain crimes in which a report was taken have been included. An incident may not be immediately transferred to these maps; certain coding is necessary prior to the data transfer.

Vertical Control Survey Network
Get quick access to the vertical control bench marks for the City of Redmond. Users can click on individual bench mark monument and access data sheets.
