How do I report a street light out?
Some street lights in Redmond are owned and maintained by the City, while others are owned and maintained by Puget Sound Energy. However, any street light in need of repair can be reported to the City’s Transportation Division by calling 425-556-2854. Repairs are usually complete within two weeks.

So we can more quickly identify the street light’s location, please include the pole number with your report. You’ll find this number at eye level on the pole.

How can I get a new street light installed?
Requests for new street lights can be made by calling Public Works/Traffic Operations at 425-556-2751. You can also send your request by email to pwtrans@redmond.gov.
