ATTENTION: New Updates March 1, 2011

The Standard Specifications and Details have been updated by the Public Works Department. This document supplements and in some cases supersedes the 2010 WSDOT / APWA Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. The updates are effective March 1, 2011.
